Marketing for Addiction Treatment & Sober Living

RANKINGS DON'T FILL BEDS.ADMITS DO.

We build the visibility that helps more people looking for treatment discover your program and enter your admissions pipeline.

No vanity-metric pitch. No promises we can't make.

Who I Am

I've been in the rehab marketing space for years.

I'm Holly Starks. My work in the addiction treatment and sober living space is focused on one thing: helping programs become easier to find by the people already looking for help.

I live in the SEO, search visibility, authority and off-page side of the business. But I know those things aren't what your admissions team talks about at the end of the day.

You care about VOBs. You care about admits.

So that's how I think about marketing, too.

We take care of the marketing stuff.
You take care of the VOBs.

Our job is to build the front end of the pipeline: helping your program show up where potential clients and families are actually looking and creating more opportunities for them to reach out.

01 / VISIBILITY

Be Where They're Looking

Search, local, content, authority and off-page visibility built around the places potential clients and families actually look for treatment.

02 / DISCOVERY

More Potential Clients Find You

More relevant visibility means more opportunities for people actively researching treatment to discover your program.

03 / OUTREACH

More Buyers Reaching Out

The goal is to create more opportunities for qualified prospective clients and families to call, message or connect with your team.

04 / YOUR TEAM

VOBs → Admits

This is where your admissions team takes over: conversations, verification of benefits, qualification and the path toward admission.

CALLS ARE GOOD.
VOBs ARE BETTER.
ADMITS ARE BEST.

That's the pipeline. We build the visibility that helps potential clients find you and reach out. Your admissions team takes it from there.

What We Don't Sell

No fake promises.

No marketer can honestly guarantee a specific number of calls, form fills, VOBs or admits. Too many factors affect what happens after someone finds you.

What we can do is build a stronger opportunity pipeline: increase relevant visibility, help more potential clients discover your program, and give more of the right people the opportunity to reach your admissions team.

Let's talk about your pipeline.

Tell me where your admits are coming from today, where you want to grow, and what your current marketing is—or isn't—doing to support admissions.
